Nindito is the CEO and Senior Partner at Sequities, with more than 25 years of experience in financial advisory services, primarily focused on end-to-end (E2E) mergers and acquisitions. He also has extensive experience in forensics, valuation, and restructuring. He also spent two years at the beginning of his career in audit roles, covering global and multinational entities.

Budi has worked for major accounting and advisory firms for more than 15 years providing tax and financial advisory services, focusing on tax and project structuring, general tax consulting, corporate finance, market/commercial due diligence, as well as industry analysis and feasibility studies.

Nathanael, CFA
Nicholas has five years of experience in financial advisory and financial audit services. He is currently part of the Deal Advisory-Corporate Finance (Mergers & Acquisitions) team. Prior to joining SIS, he worked as a financial advisor at a major international advisory firm. In that role, he was involved in performing financial audits for an e-commerce-based company and its subsidiaries, gaining valuable exposure to accounting and financial skill sets.
